M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.3385 of 2016 is filed to permit the appellant to withdraw appeal on the ground it is settled out of Court.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, permission is accorded and M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.3385 of 2016 is ordered. Consequently, M.A.C.M.A.No.764 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
