Aggrieved by the action of respondents in neither investigating nor arresting the accused persons in FIR.No.24 of 2018, dated 10-02-2018 of 2nd respondent-police station, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on 10-06-2018 notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.

was issued to the unofficial respondents/accused calling for their explanation and notice under Section 161 Cr.P.C. was issued to petitioner on 08-06-2018 to produce relevant documentary evidence and investigation is in progress.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
