THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 5990 OF 2011 ORDER :

A perusal of the proceeding sheet goes to suggest that on three occasions i.e. on 22-09-2017, 06-10-2017 and 20-10-2017, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the case is posted to today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. In spite of posting the petition for dismissal, none appeared for the petitioner which clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition. 2.

The petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution while vacating the interim stay dated 20-07-2011 granted by this Court in Crl.P.M.P.No. 6060 of 2011.
