It is the case of the petitioner that he made an application on 07-05-2018 to the 2nd respondent for grant of license for possessing additional weapon. As the said application is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass orders.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law and take action accordingly.
