HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29034 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application in Form VI(A) for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.11.05 guntas in Survey No.17 (New Survey No.17/1 to 17/3) and Ac.7.20 guntas in Survey No.7(New Survey no.7/1 to 7/4) situated at Sitharampalli Village, Mancherial Mandal, Adilabad District after the death of his father and also submitted representations dated 11.06.2016 and 04.08.2016. As no orders are passed, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is to make application in proper form i.e. in Form-VI A through Mee Seva.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to file application in Form-VI A through Mee Seva by correctly mentioning the details of acquisition, within a period of four weeks from today and on such application being made by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks there after.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
