The issue raised in the writ petition substantially adverts to restraining the authority from discharging the statutory duty or function under the Registration Act.

The petitioner if has apprehension of execution of documents by respondents 4 to 7, which may affect the proprietary right and interest of petitioner, the petitioner is required to obtain substantive relief, communicate the same to 3rd respondent and dissuade him from acting contrary to the orders of the Court. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
