THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION NO. 26669 OF 2015 ORDER:

Pursuant to an order passed by this Court bringing to the notice of the Commissioner of Endowments, certain peculiar facts and circumstances prevailing, the Commissioner, Department of Endowments has passed appropriate orders on 16.09.2015. Though, Sri Ponnam Ashok Goud seeks to make an issue out of it by pointing out that the group temples at Kalyandurg, are in fact posts falling within Executive Officer Grade-II, but not that of Executive Officer Grade-I, since the petitioner belongs to Executive Officer Grade-I cadre, he cannot be kept in-charge of the Executive Officer Grade-II temples.

For all the reasons, which have been spelt out by us earlier, all we need to reiterate is that the petitioner, if he has got any subsisting grievance, may project to the Commissioner of Endowments by an appropriate representation, which as and when made, we are hopeful, will receive the due consideration at the hands of the Commissioner.

With this, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall also stand closed. No costs.
