THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14242 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their respective houses situated in Survey No.143 of Jayaprakash Colony Extension, Poturaju Colony Area, Ongole, Prakasam District. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in respect of the persons residing in the same area when they approached this Court by filing W.P.No.46760 of 2016, this Court passed an order closing the Writ Petition by recording the statement made by the respondents in their counter affidavit, as follows: "It is submitted that the respondent police authorities have never interfered nor threatened to dispossess the petitioners with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of their respective houses situated in Ward No.32, Sy.No.

143, Jayaprakash Colony Extension, Poturaju Colony Area, Ongole, as alleged in the writ petition. All these allegations against the respondent police authorities are absolutely false, baseless and concocted for the sake of filing this writ petition and the same are hereby specifically denied."

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
