HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21582 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had applied for survey of the subject land to the 2nd respondent on 12.02.2018 and the 2nd respondent has not taken any action.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will take appropriate action on the said application within six weeks.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the said application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner, after giving notice to the affected parties. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
