THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21641 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is, pursuant to the shortfall letter dated 05.07.2019, he had uploaded the photo and demarcated the site, but, so far, the respondents are not disposing of his application for grant of building permission. As it is submitted by the petitioner that he had complied with the objections mentioned in the aforesaid shortfall letter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to process the building permission application said to have been submitted by the petitioner and grant building permission subject to his satisfying all other parameters required therefor. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
