HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3284 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in CC.No.772 of 2012 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 506 r/w 34 IPC. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 23.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.772 of 2012 (new C.C.No.432 of 2015) was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 04.03.2015 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC.No.772 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
