THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.252 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 09.01.2012 in M.C.No.534 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both parties have entered into a compromise by way of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on 28.02.2014. To substantiate the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a copy of MOU before this Court. A perusal of the MOU reveals that the respondent herein agreed to withdraw M.C.No.534 of 2008 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and also C.C.No.483 of 2011 on the file of the Court of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
