Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders appearing for R & B and Revenue and also the learned Standing Counsel for 2nd Respondent Municipality Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu that the Respondents will follow due process of law if the subject land is required for public purpose.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents herein to follow due process of law if the subject property is required for public purpose.
