The grievance of the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition is that it had filed E.A.No.72 of 2008 in E.P.No.37 of 2008 in O.S.No.1402 of 1996 before the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad seeking registration of a sale deed in favour of M/s.Shiva Creative Construction, which is the Decree Holder or in favour of nominee of the Decree Holder, and the said application is not being taken up by the Court below.

Since E.A. has been filed long back in the year 2008, the Court below is directed to dispose of the same positively within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order positively.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
