THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21734 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents not disposing my application as per the rules in force for Building Permission Application No Lr No 3/C1/13238/2019 dt 23.07.2019 for Plot Nos 401 extent of 160 Square Yards Sy No 159 161 to 169 situated at Khapra Village Khapra Mandal Medchal District is illegal arbitrary violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents to grant building permission without referring to the shortfall letter No 3/C1/13238/2019 16.09.2019."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 24.06.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12538 of 2019.

Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for the respondent does not dispute the aforesaid submission.

In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to process the building permission application said to have been submitted by the

CKR, J W.P.No.21734 of 2019 petitioner and grant building permission subject to his satisfying all other parameters required therefor.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
