THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.3145 OF 2014 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner in this Revision is that he had filed I.A.No.448 of 2010 in O.S.No.526 of 2001 on the file of III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam but the said application is not being taken up by the Court below till date.

2. Having regard to the said submission, the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.448 of 2010 in O.S.No.526 of 2001 pending before the said Court within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, positively, if it is not already disposed of. .

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
