By relying on para-5 of counter affidavit of the respondent, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed in view of proceedings dated 04.07.2009 in file No.D/1226/2006 and that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
