This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 06.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.279 of 2016 in O.S.No.70 of 2006 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Jagityal.

As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.70 of 2006 on 22.08.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
