Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.22.04.2016 in WP.No.13769 of 2016 whereunder this Court had directed the respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dt.23.11.2015 in Form VI-A for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed.

Counter-affidavit has been filed by respondent stating that the said application had been disposed of on 29.12.2015 by way of an endorsement. Copy of the said endorsement had been annexed to the counter-affidavit.

Since the application of petitioner has already been considered by the respondent, I see no reason to punish the respondent for Contempt of Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
