This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in Crime NO.37 of 2013 on the file of Mailardevpally Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. The offences alleged are under Sections 419 and 420 IPC. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the police has filed a memo stating that case has been referred as lack of evidence on 30.03.2013 before the court of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 04.06.2013 in this petition shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
