HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18534 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in interfering with the personal liberty of the petitioner by calling him to the police station at the instance of respondents 5 to 7 and directing him to settle out the dispute with the 5th respondent by interfering in the civil disputes, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the disputes between the petitioner and 5th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of 7th respondent against the petitioner and his wife a case in Crime No.162/2018 under Sections 294 (b), 324 read with 34 IPC was registered on 26.05.2018; that notices under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C dated 11.06.2018 were served on the petitioner and his wife; and that in connection with the aforesaid crime, the petitioner and his wife were called to the police station for the purpose of investigation and the investigation is in progress. The respondents have also denied all the other allegations made by the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. No order as to costs.
