THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8694 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking fixation of the pensionary benefits and payment of the same with respect to the petitioner's deceased husband.

When the matter is taken up Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the second respondent, placed on record proceedings No.334/Q6/CAO/2004/-14 dated 04.03.2014 and submits that the pensionary benefit as claimed by the petitioner have been settled including payment of arrears.

3. In those circumstances, the relief claimed by the petitioner in the writ petition stands granted and the petitioner's grievance stands redressed.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
