THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.21566 OF 2001 ORDER:
On 30.11.2017 when the matter was called, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 4.12.2017. On 5.12.2017, when the matter was listed, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to the listed on 7.12.2017. On 18.12.2017 when the matter was listed, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and hence, the matter was adjourned to 19.12.2017. On 19.12.2017 when the matter was listed, none appeared for the petitioner. Again, the matter was directed to be listed on 20.12.2017 under the caption of "for orders". Today, when the matter came up in the forenoon session, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, but there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
