Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the list communicated by the Wakf Board.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
