The present writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in initiating action against the complaint of the petitioner, dated 31.08.2019, and registering a case against respondents 4 to 7, as being illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.10.2019 and 25.12.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 12.12.2019. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 14.10.2019, submits that the petitioner sent a complaint through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due on 31.08.2019 and that upon receipt of the complaint by the third respondent, a G.D. Entry was made and after causing enquiry and by collecting documents from the petitioner, a case in Crime No.305 of 2019 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 120(b) IPC on the file of Sadasivpet Police Station, on 04.10.2019, and the matter is under investigation. 4.
Having regard to the said submissions made on behalf of the official respondents, no further orders are need be passed in this writ petition, inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 5.
