HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 21397 of 2002 O R D E R:- On 24.10.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, the matter was directed to be posted to this day under the caption " for dismissal" . Even today, when the matter is called, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
