ORDER:
This company petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent company for non-payment of the debts allegedly due to the petitioner.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the dispute is amicably settled between the parties. Mr.P.Vikram, learned counsel for the respondent, has placed before the Court, a demand draft, dated 31.08.2015, for a sum of Rs.3,53,950/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty three thousand nine hundred and fifty only), which was agreed to be received by the petitioner as full and final settlement. He has handed over the said demand draft to Mr.Srinivasan S.Rajan, learned counsel representing Mr.M.S.Srinivasa Iyengar, learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties, the Company Petition is closed.
