These two Writ Petitions are filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing Hero Honda HF Delux Motor Cycle bearing No.TS-02-EB-1533 and Bajaj Auto bearing registration No.AP-15-TB-0793 to the petitioners. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Excise appearing for the respondents submits that there is a provision for appeal and petitioners have to avail the same.

In view of the above and in view of continuous absence of petitioners, these two Writ Petitions are dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy, if any. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these two Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
