Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) for respondent nos.1 to 3.

The petitioner's grievance is that no First Information Report has been registered against 4th respondent by the 3rd respondent on the complaint made by petitioner on 09.06.2016.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3, states that Crime No.90 of 2016 has been registered by 3rd respondent against 4th respondent on 22.07.2016. 4.

Since the grievance of petitioner is thus redressed, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete investigation expeditiously and file a final report before the competent Court. No order as to costs.
