The report of the Mandal Surveyor dated 27.01.2020 is taken on record. It discloses and confirms there being some encroachment in the government land, as indicated in the report. In the light of the above, the Official Liquidator shall take necessary steps to recover the land by evicting the encroachers. So far as the prayer in this Application filed for limited purpose stands complied with.
