THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 28050 OF 2007 O R D E R :

Questioning the action of the respondents in proposing to replace petitioners 2 to 21, who have been working as contract labour for ESP & SILMOS Maintenance, with some other contract labour, this Writ Petition has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the interim order dated 27.12.2007 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 36676 of 2007, the petitioners have been continuing in service and hence, they do not wish to pursue this matter any further. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
