Petitioner challenges the order of suspension of his Fair Price Shop dealership dated 25.05.2015.

This Court, by order dated 11.04.2016, granted interim suspension as prayed for.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, pursuant to the interim order, dated 11.04.2016, petitioner is continuing to operate his Fair Price Shop dealership.

Since the petitioner is continuing to operate his Fair Price Shop dealership for almost 31⁄2 years, the Court is not inclined to hold at this stage that the suspension to be further continued. 6.

Accordingly, the order of suspension of the petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership is set aside and the Writ Petition is allowed. However, this order does not come in the way of the respondent authorities in taking action against the petitioner, if not already taken, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
