The grievance of the petitioner is that it had filed I.A.No.151 of 2014 in O.S.No.43 of 2014 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge, Warangal in February, 2014 but the said Court is not taking up the application for hearing, even though counter affidavits are filed by the respondents and more than 11⁄2 years have elapsed since filing of the said I.A.

2. Counsel for the petitioner therefore seeks a direction to the VII Additional District Judge, Warangal to dispose of I.A.No.151 of 2014 expeditiously.

3. In this view of the matter, I.A.No.151 of 2014 in O.S.No.43 of 2014 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge, Warangal is directed to be dispose of within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, positively without granting unnecessary adjournments to both parties.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
