No representation on behalf of the petitioner. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 27.3.2017. In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
