THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.18701 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Smt.P.Laxmi, learned Standing Counsel for R.2 and Sri Ghanta Rama Rao, learned Senior Counsel for R.4. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in deviation to the Rules, the 4th respondent is installing cell-tower in the subject premises. It is also submitted that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 12.02.2018. A copy of the same is filed along with the writ petition as material paper. It is also submitted that the said representation is still pending consideration before the 2nd respondent.
Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for R.2 and the learned Senior Counsel for R.4, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 12.02.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the stake-holders.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI,J 21st June, 2018 smr
