THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.37696 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Affidavits of undertaking are filed by each of the petitioners undertaking to repay the entire outstanding amount, against their loan account, to the respondent-banker within a period of six weeks from the date of the order of this Court.

W h i l e Sri B.Chandrasen Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent-bank, would submit that six weeks' period is too long, and four weeks would suffice, in the light of the undertaking now filed, we see no reason to deny the petitioners the benefit of six weeks' time for payment of the entire outstanding amount. It is made clear that, in case the petitioners fail to pay the entire amounts due, in compliance with the undertaking now filed before this Court, it is open to the respondent-bank, thereafter, to proceed and take action in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
