Heard Mr.Vikhar Ahmed for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner prays for mandamus declaring the action of respondents in issuing pattadar pass books in favour of respondents 6 to 11 for Sy.Nos.102, 103, 104, 105, 107, 107, 113, 119, 120, 121, 122 and 167 as illegal, contrary to A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act and unconstitutional. The petitioner draws the attention of the Court to OS.Nos. 967 of 2003, 227 of 2010 and O.S.No.336 of 2008 and contends that when civil disputes are pending, issuing pattadar passbooks to unofficial respondents is unconstitutional and illegal in law. The petitioner on 21.5.2018 submitted representation to the 2nd respondent ventilating the same grievance. The 2nd respondent has jurisdiction under Section 9 of the Act to look into the priority etc., in maintaining the revenue records or issuing pattadar pass books etc.

Instead of entertaining the writ petition, the Court consider it appropriate in the peculiar facts of this case directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 21.5.2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of copy of this order, after issuing notice to respondents 6 to 11 in the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
