O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Ongole, in conducting the investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against respondents 3 to 10 in FIR. No.34/ 2017, on the file of said Police Station, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Ongole Talluq, Police Station, Prakasam District dated 11.06.2018, stating that after registration of crime, statements of five persons were recorded, and it revealed that the subject matter in the complaint is of civil in nature and that already second appeals are pending between the parties in the High Court vide S.A.Nos.973/ 2003, 1614/ 2011, 419, 420 and 421 of 2015. It is further stated that investigation will be completed after obtaining documents from Tahsildar, Ongole.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of.

As it is stated that statements of five witnesses were recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and that the investigation will be completed, the respondent No.2 is directed to take further action in accordance with law.
