Heard Mr.P.Pravin Kumar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to implement petitioner's name in revenue records in respect of Survey No.100/ AA in an extent of Acs.7.00 of Miyapur Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by considering the application filed by petitioner on 12.03.2018.

The flow of title stated by Mr.Pravin Kumar refers to sale deed dated 05.01.1965 executed by Raheemunnisa Begum in favour of S.V.Narsaiah, sale deed dated 16.07.1979 executed by S.V.Narsaiah in favour of Sakamuri Suguna, unregistered sale deed dated 04.04.1993 executed by Sakamuri Suguna in favour of petitioner' father and unregistered relinquishment deed dated 09.04.2018 executed by Sakamuri Suguna in favour of petitioner. After drawing the attention of the Court to the flow of title as stated above, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

As the writ petition is sought to be withdrawn at admission stage, permission as prayed for is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 07.06.2018 Stp
