HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.6030 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.192 of 2021 of Chinthapalli Police Station, Nalgonda. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that in this case, he came to know that charge sheet is filed before the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Devarakonda and the same is taken on file and numbered as C.C.No.155 of 2022.

The written instructions that were received by the learned Public Prosecutor from the Station House Officer, Chinthapalli Police Station are also filed.

On hearing the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 5.

Permission is accorded.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move application afresh in case the cause survives.
