THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 6887 OF 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner claims to be a servant of Sri Vadapalli Venkateswara Swamy Vari Temple, Vadapalli Village, Atreyapuram Mandal, East Godavari District.

It is regrettable that the temple itself has not been impleaded as a party respondent and it is the temple, which has to contest the case. For sheer failure to implead the proper and necessary party, this Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed, but however, liberty is preserved to the petitioner to institute a properly-constituted Writ Petition. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
