Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in registering the crime on the complaint dated 26-05-2018 made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaint of petitioner, a case in Cr.No.268 of 2018 dated 12-06-2018 was registered.
