THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 6313 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to regularize the land admeasuring 75 Sq.yds, T.S.No.773 of house within compound wall bearing House No.18-40-94, Sangadigunta, Opp. Panchavati Apts Guntur, Guntur district, in favour of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner submits that he made an application in January 2015 and also on 02.02.2015 seeking regularization of land admeasuring 75 Sq.yds, T.S.No.773 of house within compound wall bearing House No.18-4094, Sangadigunta, Opp. Panchavati Apts Guntur, Guntur district. The petitioner places reliance on the proceedings in Rc.No.107/2012 dated 10th July, 2012 wherein, in similar circumstances, regularization has been effected over extents ranging from 32 Sq.yds to 156 Sq.yds in favour of various individuals. The petitioner submits that her case may also be considered like the cases which have been disposed of by the respondents vide proceedings in Rc.No.107/2012.

Considering the limited scope of relief sought in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.02.2015, and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four months from today. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed, in consequence.
