On 28.11.2017, party-in-person was absent and, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 29.11.2017 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', neither the petitioner is present nor is there any representation on his behalf.
