Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 3 has approved the admission of the petitioner as per the directions of this Court in W.P.M.P.No. 38146 of 2013 and a copy of the proceedings dated 05-02-2014 of respondent No. 3 is also filed to that effect. Considering the representation of learned counsel for the petitioner, since the purpose of filing this Writ Petition is served, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
