ORAL ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2.
This writ petition is filed challenging the orders of Tahsildar 12.7.2019 mutating the names of unofficial respondents based on will claimed to have been executed by late Vajramma. It appears from paragraph 2 of the proceedings dated 12.7.2019 that petitioners were put on notice and on due consideration of the respective submissions, said order was passed. Against impugned order, remedy of appeal is available to Revenue Divisional Officer or revision before the Joint Collector. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that aggrieved by the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer, based on which impugned order is passed, petitioners have preferred revision and the same is pending before the Joint Collector. If that is so, it is open to the petitioners to directly file a revision against the impugned order before the Joint Collector to tag it to the pending revision. 4.
Since petitioners have effective and efficacious remedy under the Telangana Rights in Land & Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to file appeal/revision as may be advised and to move application for grant of interim relief staying the operation of the orders impugned in this writ petition. If appeal/revision along with such an application is filed, same shall be considered objectively within fixed time. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
