None appeared for the petitioner on 13.11.2018 and hence the matter was posted under the caption 'For orders' on 14.11.2018. Even on 14.11.2018, none appeared and the matter was posted to 15.11.2015. On 15.11.2018, none appeared for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was posted to 19.11.2018 under the caption of 'For Dismissal'. Even today, though the matter is posted under the caption 'For Dismissal', none appears for the petitioner.

Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
