HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21719 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 18-07-2019 wherein and whereby the petitioner was asked to pay provisionally assessed amount of Rs.5,45,111/- as against average monthly consumption of petitioners at Rs.15,000/- per month.

It is stated that in pursuance of the interim order dated 30-09-2019, 50% of the amount has been paid and electricity service connection of petitioner has been restored by respondents.

Heard Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of continuing interim order dt.30.09.2019 till determination of further payment under civil liability by the Special Court under Section 154 (6) of the Electricity Act, 2003. Pending miscellaneous applications if any shall stand closed. However petitioner shall pay future bills.
