No.4439 of 2009 ORDER : (ORAL) (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 30.3.2009, respondents have considered the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Sub-Treasury Officer in Zone-III without reference to the charge memo dated 15.2.2005, thus, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the matter shall stand closed.
