THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30432 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging proceedings, dated 31.05.2010 issued by the Disciplinary Authority imposing on petitioner the punishment of compulsory retirement from service with immediate effect.
At the hearing, learned counsel for petitioner says that on 12.04.2017, a review petition was filed by the petitioner before respondent No.1 and thereby, prayed for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to dispose of the said review petition. Heard Sri G. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government appearing for respondents. In view of the fact that the review petition filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.1, as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is for respondent No.1 to dispose of the same.
Hence, in view of the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispose of the review petition filed by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court disposes of
ARR, J W.P.No.30432 of 2017 the writ petition with the direction to respondent No.1 to consider and dispose of the review petition, dated 12.04.2017, said to have been filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
